During my tenure at Real Estate Arts, I was involved in various design projects that showcased my skills in creating effective branding and signage systems.
Another project that I worked on was the canopy signage for Hines in Chicago, which was displayed in the central business district for two years during construction. The focus of the project was to highlight the selling points of a L.E.E.D. Certified building, and I achieved this by combining the Hines corporate color scheme with an aesthetic that conveys a progressive movement towards sustainability.
One such project was the identity redesign for 330 Hudson Street, a mixed-use project that involved the revitalization of an older building constructed in the 1920s. My design approach was inspired by 1920's hand-written typography, which resulted in an elegant and minimal logo and identity system infused with subtle art deco influences.
In addition to branding and signage projects, I also worked on a variety of offering memoranda, cover designs, and flyer layouts. These materials were integrated with maps, site plans, floor plans, images, and aerials to create visually compelling collateral that effectively communicated the value of each property.
Throughout all of these projects, I worked closely with clients to ensure that their vision and requirements were met while also creating designs that aligned with the brand's values. The end result was a range of visually stunning and effective materials that enhanced the visibility of each property and resonated with potential buyers and investors.
